Breathtaking canal views from rooms, Historic charm of the hotel, Exclusive canal boat rides
The cumbersome check-in process could be streamlined!!! The room decor felt dated and in need of a refresh!!! It's disappointing to find that the internet service was unreliable during our stay!!!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The spa treatments were heavenly, and I enjoyed the sauna to unwind after a long day. I wish the breakfast had a bit more variety, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience! 😊

The penthouse suite offered breathtaking views and a luxurious experience with its spacious layout and two bathrooms. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious smorgasbord that set a wonderful tone for the day. However, noise from outside proved disruptive, impacting rest during the night, and some linens in our room seemed past their prime, adding to a stayed experience. Improvements could be made in soundproofing and room maintenance for a truly exceptional stay.

We had a fantastic getaway with friends at this elegant hotel. The views were stunning, and we enjoyed lively nights exploring the area. Don't miss the breakfast buffet and the charming fine dining! Definitely check out the Rijksmuseum, and if you can, grab drinks by the river. The access to the lobby is easy, thanks to the wheelchair lift. It's a great blend of relaxation and adventure!
Our room didn’t face the river, which felt a bit isolated from the classic views we were excited to see. Luckily, the inside was well-appointed.
